1-Lead Trainer

Job Description
Participate in recruiting trainees,Lead and conduct collective training sessions,Assess the progress of trainees,Identify trainees’ individual problems and resolve them,Liaise with the technical experts and others contributing to the course,Guide trainees in their approach in order to obtain the desired position,Contribute to supplying the instructor Github for trainees,Monitor and guide the group in its daily activities: learning by teaching activities, workshops, meetings, etc.)
Job Requirements
Bachelor in Computer Science,(3-5) years of experience,Passionate about IT programming with expert knowledge of Internet languages. (front end and back end),Expert knowledge of the principles of versioning under Github.,Languages: Python, C#, JAVA and Java Script, PHP, ASP.net, Firewall, HTML,Comfortable with Linux/Unix system, professional social networks, one or more project management tools,Big plus on:English Language, Knowledge of agile and UX methodologies, Expert knowledge of database management and administration (SQL and/or potentially NoSQL)

2- Senior Customer Management Anaylst.

Job Description
Analyze, Implement, Maintain & Support Customer Relation Management Solutions Systems (CRM,Payment Channels and Bad Debit Managemet , etc…) to achieve business requirements,Analyze, Implement, Maintain & Support TRC regulation regarding Prepiad Activation Cycle , Manage POS comission and track activation transactions to achieve business requirements,Analyze, Implement, Maintain & Support Customer Experience ,Campaign Management & Loyalty Tools,Assisting in developing specifications for Orange mobile applications,Responsible for analysis new requirements, reporting, modification, upgrade of system parameters, customization and/or new enhancements on Customer Management Systems based on customer requirements and market evolution,-,Daily monitoring of main KPIs and provide performance management and continued integrity and availability of the applications with the cooperation of ITN related departments.,Abide to the documentation process in the development of applications to ensure the availability of related documents that adhere to existing IS standards,Contribute and enforce the defined policies and procedures, systems parameters, system implementation and introduction of new services in-line with ITN-QMS

Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering with minimum 3 years,Strong technical and analytical background in Telecommunication related to service implementation on Billing, Mediation, CRM , Loyality Management ,Payment Channels,Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Tools & Utilities, and UNIX / Linux, J2EE, JAVA, C, ASP.net, SQL server, WEB Development,experience in ecommerce mobile apps development for iOS and Android..,Experience project management methodologies,Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations,Certificates in IT related fields are preferable..
