يعلن مركز الحسين للسرطان في عمان - الاردن عن حاجتها الى :


Business Development Manager For Education and Training Academy


Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Develop the Marketing Plan and Budget for prospecting new clients and retaining current clients of KHCC Training Academy, with set targets on sales.
  2. Demonstrate Strategic Business Planning for activities responsible for developing business for the Academy.
  3. Develop and produce the Marketing Material Kit of KHCC Training Academy, including Training Index, profiles, flyers and brochures.
  4. Attend industry’s functions, associations and conferences, seeking opportunities, new clients, and report on new market needs and trends of training products and services for continuous overall development of business, aiming to create the competitive edge for KHCC Training Academy.
  5. Develop winning content and write proposals, co-pricing offers for national, regional and international grants and business deals; ensuring that the information is of high quality and is regularly updated.
  6. MOU signing with medical training academies, NGOs and Private sector, sharing experiences, teams and logistics, for a planned in kind donated trainings targeting medical and non-medical staff of KHCC.
  7. Seek and attain international and local accreditations for training programs, including Nursing, Medical and Soft Skills trainings; providing a competitive advantage for KHCC Training Academy.
  8. Communicate with the University of Jordan and the ministry of higher education for all matters related to the proposed programs.
  9. Develop the policies and procedures kit for the Business Development Function.
  10. Develop a Marketing Plan for the Diploma and Masters Degrees of KHCC Training Academy.
  11.  Prepare, design and produce the Annual Progress Report of the Academy and shares achievements with partners and clients.  

Education & Professional Experience
  1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields, Master degree is preferable.
  2. Minimum of 7 years’ experience preferably in a health care institution, business development, sales and marketing units.
  3. Strategic planning and budgeting experience.
  4. Proven ability to successfully implement projects both via personal drive and through influencing others.
  5. Demonstrated ability in people management to deliver a plan of activity through direct reports.
  6. Have an excellent level of coordination, organizational and analytical skills.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  9. Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
