1. Digital Performance Manager (E-commerce)
Job Role:
-Highly experienced in Ad Just, A/B Testing, Insider, apsaa;r, dynamic yield, criteo, montage, aptus, one link, business intelligence
-With minimum of 6 years
- Identifying the business objectives by defining and implementing suitable strategy to achieve the desired goals.
- Planning digital marketing campaigns which includes: Web, SEM, social media and display advertising
- Tracking of KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) of campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights Based on the available Analytics and Data.
- Analyze the purchasing behavior of the consumer online in different digital channels.
- Work closely with the design team, explore the opportunities and supports in website optimization.
-Measuring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns
-Analyze the key performance issues and helps in new customer acquisition in a meaningful way
2. Executive Producer
Job Role:
-With 10 years of experience as Executive Producer
-Experienced in the e-commerce as well as brick and mortar retail industry.
-Skilled in project management and end to end execution of monthly editorial photo shoots and seasonal campaigns.
-Worldwide production experience including The Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia.
-Professional in producing in TV Advertisement, Fashion Commercials, Editorials and Look book.
3. Studio Manager, Fashion Stylist & Art director
Job Role:
-professional in presenting mood board,
-has creative ideas
-knowledge in purchasing procurement, props and decorations
-wide experience in creating, implementing concepts
-good experience in logistics
-Building a studio team, conduct training and quality control on a daily basis.
-Creating A-to-Z process flows from inventory logistics, to talent and model bookings, weekly schedules coordination, marketing feedback loops, shoots, retouching and final output.
-Coordinating with other teams in marketing, talent agencies, equipment suppliers, finance and invoicing, and editorial teams.
-Developing brand imagery guidelines, styling, selection processes, output uploads and quality checks.
-Well experienced in using social media like Snap chat and Instagram
4. Art Director (E-commerce)
Job Role:
-Creating KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) for the departments and team members
-Training and mentoring graphic designers by working closely with them to ensure they understand the brand identity, vision, tone of voice of respective brands.
- Leading design team and managing the workload and scheduling.
- Meet creative standards and challenge briefs in order to deliver original creative work that help the business in achieving better results
-Supporting the transition to the new digital asset management and workflow system, helping with managing, organizing all assets and workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, Merchandising, International teams to maintain consistency across all brand communications.
-Provide regular creative direction and managing design team to execute a high volume of projects in a fast-paced environment.
-Ensuring consistency across all channels of communication and ensure close collaboration with our regional teams for global consistency.
-Responsible for the web user interface creative, design guidelines through design life cycle from brief to execution.
5. Social Media & Marketing Manager
Job Role:
- Manage social media platforms and work with our in house and partner teams to build follower base across multiple brands and drive traffic to the website.
-Work directly with product development team to develop and refine ecommerce strategy.
-Management of multiple online advertising media campaigns with the objective of driving traffic and conversion.
-Create accurate and timely weekly reporting and analysis of sales, KPI’s, and marketing channels.
-Innovate and create new social media marketing strategies/campaigns. Seek out new technology and digital marketing concepts.
-Provide analysis, recommendations and rationale for social and emerging media marketing campaigns.
-Develop positive ROI programs and benchmark campaign results.
-Act as subject matter expert when communicating internally and externally regarding social media.
6. Care Centre Manager (E-commerce)
Job Role:
-Planning & delivering CRM Strategies across the company encouraging customer retention & Loyalty
-Work closely with Principal to ensure development and implementation of ecommerce strategy and best-in-class executions
-Assess all marketing campaigns and their performance and make recommendations on ways to increase sales through campaign optimization and new promotional ideas
-Design, implement, and monitor training programs for (Loyalty/Retail) contact center
-Working with the Centre managers and employees to identify development needs and creative methods to address them
-Centrally managed and integrated all the customer feedback channels
7. Fashion Product Writer (E-commerce)
Job Role:
-Research latest trends and audience’s preferences
- Create storylines ad produce innovative story ideas
-Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Skilled in Adobe’s creative software—specifically Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
-An interest in, and good understanding of, fashion and the fashion industry
-Write clear, concise copy for style notes across all designers in menswear and women swear, paying close attention to current trends
- Ensure that all content is both commercially and editorially workable
8. Quality Assurance Team Lead for call center (E-commerce)
Job Role:
-Professional in RCA Apps
- Monitoring the customer experience performance throughout Middle East
- Provide a customer-centric tool that companies can use to assess the customer experience
- Immediately identify areas where customer expectations are (or are not) being met and exceeded
- RCA for the main problems that Customer experience faces and ensure solving them with an action plan
- Sending a quarterly report for the agent's performance
- Identifying Process Improvement opportunities and working towards improving them
- Checklist for the newcomers with QA sessions, then conducting a final test and send a report to the management with the passed ones
9. Creative Graphic Designer
Job Role:
-Professional in UI UX Tools
- Good experience as Graphic Designer
-With a background in the retail industry and strategic brand development
- Skilled in Adobe’s creative software—specifically Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Possess an understanding of advertising campaigns
- Develops and implements branding and graphic design solutions for companies in the Fashion Industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites
